Forest Sound Bath @Amsterdamse Bos

About this event

⊹ Forest Sound Bath with Cacao ⊹ at Amsterdamse Bos

This week we’re in for a treat — after two weeks of grey and rain, the forest is opening back up to us with sunshine and a soft 25° glow 🌞

We’ll begin the evening at 18:00 with sipping on ceremonial cacao and a gentle moment to arrive, connect, and soak in the forest atmosphere together. This part is optional, you're welcome to arrive at 18:30 if that fits your schedule better.

Then we’ll transition into a dreamy sound journey beneath the trees — handpan, Tibetan bowls, and chimes guiding us into deep stillness, held by the rustle of leaves and the warmth of late-summer air.

With the rainy season closing in, this may be the final Forest Sound Bath of the season — a beautiful chance to gather under the trees once more before the autumn shift fully arrives 🍂
