🌟 LEAP – Lifeforce Energy Awakening Process 🌟
LEAP is a direct energy transmission that activates your lifeforce — also called kundalini. This creative energy lives inside all of us, but often lies dormant. When awakened, it brings a natural and profound self-awakening process.

Unlike willful practices such as kundalini yoga or tantra, LEAP is a path of surrender. The energy itself has an intelligence: it gives you exactly what you need in each moment. Gently, without forcing, it can open doors to deep healing, awareness, authenticity and joy.

🌟 What to expect during a session 🌟
You simply lie down on a yoga mat with your eyes closed, while music supports the process. I may intuitively touch you at certain points on the body. If you do not want to be touched please tell me in advance, I can also do it without touching, touching just intensifies the process.

Inside, a wide range of experiences can unfold:
- spontaneous movements
- emotional release
- visions or deep insights
- feelings of bliss or calm

Each journey is unique — every time.
