Tijdens deze vollemaan cacao ceremonie maak je op een ontspannen manier een diepe verbinding met je hart. We beginnen met het zetten van een intentie. Daarna drinken we samen de cacao. De zachte werking van de cacao zal je helpen je hart te openen. Met mediatie, beweging en klanken ondersteunen we de energie van het hart om vrijuit te stomen en haar kracht en wijsheid met jou te delen. We gaan aan de slag met de volgende vragen:
