In the first 1.5 hours, we’ll explore guided dance expression exercises designed to break through self-consciousness, connect you with your body, and unlock authentic movement. Through playful improvisation, and body-awareness techniques, you’ll discover new ways to move with ease and self-assurance.

In the second 1.5 hours, we’ll channel these insights into crafting a simple, expressive choreography. This isn’t about perfection—it’s about embodying your own style, telling your story through movement, and leaving with a sense of accomplishment and joy.
