Join us for a heart-centered day of reconnection, presence, and soulful expression in community.

We begin by opening the circle, grounding ourselves and sharing the story behind The Living Circle—why it was created and what it holds for each of us. This sacred space is a container of trust, where each voice matters and every heart is welcome.

You’ll be invited to introduce yourself within the circle, gently stepping into the shared field of vulnerability and connection.

From there, we move into a guided breathwork journey, awakening the body and clearing space for what wants to emerge. As we deepen our presence, we come together to drink ceremonial cacao, connecting to the heart-opening spirit of this ancient plant ally.

A soulful meditation follows, inviting you to drop inward—to immerse in the fullness of your own being. With open hearts, we move into a sharing circle, where you’re invited to speak from your truth or simply witness others in theirs. No fixing, no advising—just deep listening.

We close the experience with ecstatic dance—an embodied ritual of release. This is where we shake off the dust, move through emotion, and allow whatever needs to go… to go. In joy. In surrender. In freedom.
