Body-Based Connection Retreat – Crazy Permission Lab

About this event

Step into a week of embodied freedom and deep connection 💖

Are you ready to explore what it feels like to be truly in your body – held, seen, and free?

Join us this July 20–26, 2025 for the Crazy Permission Lab, a liberating 7-day retreat in the Swiss Alps. This is not just a getaway – it’s a powerful invitation to reconnect with your body, your boundaries, and your full emotional range.

Through body-based practices, conscious touch, emotional grounding, and playful exploration, you’ll gently peel back the layers and rediscover parts of yourself that may have been hidden or waiting. The approach is beginner-friendly, with an emphasis on agency, consent, and emotional depth – all held in a loving and quirky community.

Expect stunning alpine nature, nourishing plant-based meals, shared laughter, tender moments, and space to stretch into your fullest expression – all without alcohol, phones, or outside distractions.

This retreat welcomes those who long for more honesty, more feeling, more embodiment – and a break from the usual roles we’re asked to play.

Come as you are. Leave more you.
