Through ceremonial tea, mindful movement, breath work, reflection and discussion, this workshop supports you in softening emotional blockages within the heart. These may include heartbreak, grief, insecurity, or fear. In a safe, supportive space with soulful women, we’ll explore practices to nurture self-love, rebuild trust in ourselves, associate with our bodies and create space for connection and confidence.
