A sacred gathering to celebrate connection, presence, and the feminine essence.

Join me for an afternoon dedicated to movement, ritual, and sisterhood—a space to reconnect with yourself and others in a nourishing and empowering way.

++ Energetic Cleansing & Opening Ritual
We begin with a grounding meditation and gentle practices to settle into our bodies, clear stagnant energy, and inviting presence.

++ Feminine Flow Yoga
A fluid, heart-led yoga practice, combining elements of Vinyasa and intuitive movement. Inspired by the cycles of nature and feminine wisdom, this session will awaken your body, free your breath, and guide you into embodied presence. All levels are welcome.

++ Cacao Ceremony
Following our yoga practice, we will gather in a sacred circle to share ceremonial cacao, a heart-opening plant medicine cherished for fostering connection, clarity, and introspection. This will be a moment to slow down, reflect, and open ourselves to the wisdom that unfolds in stillness.

++ Mandala Creation & Sisterhood Circle
Together, we will co-create a collective mandala, weaving our intentions into a shared offering of beauty and meaning. As we build, we hold space for storytelling, reflection, and deep listening—strengthening our bonds of sisterhood and honoring the wisdom within each of us.

++ This gathering is open to ALL who identify with the feminine, offering a space of presence, connection, and renewal. ++

No prior experience is needed—just an open heart and a willingness to be present. Feel free to bring a small object (a flower, crystal, or meaningful token) to contribute to our mandala.
