Welcome to the L.i.AM tribe. I am super grateful and delighted that you will be joining for tomorrows ceremony, dance, sauna, amazing connections and well just winter coziness.
We are in full preparations and to make everything go smooth please take into account the following important info!!
IMPORTANT!!! Pick up location – LATEST driver will drive up to the house at 4:30pm – make sure you are there and respect this timing so we can start the ceremony together, as a tribe, on time at 5pm.
For the drive back we will coordinate between one another, in a real case of emergency there are drivers available to bring you back to the pickup location.

PLEASE BRING:
– Water bottle
– Your own towel for the sauna / swim clothes if you feel more comfortable but not necessary
– Clothes that you would put to celebrate yourself, comfortable but festive 🙂
– a little snack to share
– An open heart and your intention for the ceremony

Extra advice / tip
– For the Peruvian cacao (and potentially microdose chocolate the the suggestion would be to eat lightly before – no coffee neither minimum 3 hours before).
