Yin Journey at the Garden of Light

Yin Journey
Welcome back to the Garden of Light for a three hour Yin session. Come to start the new year by moving inwards, tuning in and listening to your inner voice. A practice to move beyond the mind and to connect with our body and our essence.

Where: Temple room at the Garden of Light
When: Tuesday 16th of January, 6.15-9.30PM
Doors close at 6.30

About the session:
Yin is a practice of stillness. In this journey we will slow down, turn the awareness inwards and towards the body. We explore the tension, emotions and sensations felt in the body. We will be moving through long and spacious holds that allow for awareness to move to any resistance or tightness, both physical and mental. Once we are aware, we have the chance to release and to become free.

These three hours gives space to incorporate different types of yoga, aiming at making it a deep and complete practice, There will be elements of bhakti (devotion), gnana (knowledge/self knowledge), karma (right action) and raja (meditation).

Welcome to this exploration of your inner landscape.
