Sacred Ice Ibiza it's an event prepared with love to make you feel peace and calmness in your mind and in our bodies.

We will start with a breath work preparing ourselves for the Icebath.

The Icebath will stop our minds and that will let ourselves be more present in the sensations of our bodies.

Once we are relaxed and in the present moment we will start a meditation with sacred geometry. A mindfulness experience that will take us to a dimension where we can change, fell, and talk to ourselves in order to reach the feeling of peace and calmness.
