Rebirthing session – connect with your birth story

The first part of the meeting will be dedicated to precisely this.
The second part, instead, will be dedicated to Rebirthing.
_Are you familiar with the technique of Rebirthing?
Rebirthing is a circular breathing technique that has the power to bring to conscious awareness unresolved events, unconscious beliefs, or ingrained conditioning.
By reliving these experiences in a protected and conscious environment, whether in the form of sensations, visions, or emotions, we will have the opportunity to welcome them, process them, and transform them.
Rebirthing helps to create space for receiving the new, giving us the opportunity to explore and heal somatized emotions, dismantle repetitive personal dynamics, judgments about ourselves that guide our lives, and shape our reality.
This technique operates at the level of the fourth chakra, that of the heart, and brings benefits both at the psychoemotional and physical levels.
It will be an intimate and exclusive meeting with a maximum of 6 people.
