Magnetic Heart. Magnetic Breath: A Women’s Gathering for Softening
The multiple layers of this women's gathering intend to reveal a deeper, subtle and truer perception of ourselves. When a woman meets and embraces her depth and her wild, dark and sweet nectar of divinity, she is more likely to dance her dance as MAGNETIC, whole, divine intuitive being.
Our journey together will include various practices and rituals, meditation, breathwork, conscious self massage and excersices for our deepest exploration of our innate innocence and seed of inner power. Imagine a safe, supportive brave space where we gather to amplify, dissolve and be in acceptance with ourselves among others.
The alchemy of Cacao and Rose Ceremony will invite us gently inwards, to explore the hidden corners of our heart, give us permission to melt into our inner SOFTNESS and prepare us to REWILD the puls of our feminine nature.
Working with the soma, Mishka will guide us into breathwork and grounding practices, rooting into our AUTHENTIC self and this precious, present, moment.
Anita will guide us gently through a highly valued ancient self breast massage - a delicious self love ritual and a healing practice for cultivation of deep and refined energy to replenish the heart. The massage invites a smooth harmonious flow of Qi through our conscious touch and increases vitality through the stimulation of the glands to balance the hormones, uplift our mood, regulate the neurvous system, increasing our org^smic responce and energeric emotional cleansing.
Join us on a journey intending to evoke a sense of vitality, lightness and spaciosness in the whole body, expanding and enriching our energetic auric MAGNETISM - our presence.
The gathering will conclude with a sharing circle and a tasting of Anita's signature and sensuous Divine Sweets (vegan, no sugar, gluten-free)

She is a 4-level certified breathwork facilitator, 800H somatic bodyworker, certified death doula & has completed over 1100 hours of yoga & meditation teacher training across the 🌎
