INNERDANCE SESSION. RETURN TO THE ORIGIN

We are Veronica and Geronimo, and we will lead the Inner Dance session on Thursday 31st, Super Full Moon in Pisces, which pushes us to resolve relational conflicts, expanding our authentic communication inwards and outwards, to coexist respecting diverse inner needs.
Once again we will open the doors at Ca Na Vida Space (in Cala Llonga🫀 Ibiza), at 19:00hs and with a duration of 3 hours. Starting with an activation to the heart accompanied by music channelled for each Being, by Maria and Mike. And from there the Inner Dance session will start.
Innerdance is for
+Vital energy activation.
+Activation of your energetic field
+ Helps to unblock what needs to be unblocked.
+It is an inner dance between body-spirit-mind.
+It is a meditation in movement
+It is a conscious trance
🕺🏼Durante the session you will rest on a mat, for one hour, and the music will activate the journey.
During the session some sensations can happen such as
-Body movement
- Tingling sensation
- release of emotions (crying, laughing, regret, smiling)
-Having ideas aligned with our Self.
