Start at 19:00hs and is 3 hours duration, first we will do an activation to the heart continued by the session itself,
Innerdance is for:

+Helps to unlock what needs to be unlock
+Is an interior dance between body-spirit-mind
+Is meditation in motion
+Is a conscious trance
🕺🏼During the session you will rest on a yoga mat blindfolded for an hour, and with music the trip starts.
During the session many things could happen:
•Body movement
•Tingling senstation
•Emotions release( crying, laugh, abgry, smile)
•Have insights.
