✨ Coming from the vision of Nathalie Varlet, it's a fusion of ancestral and poetic movement practices with modern physiological knowledge of fascia's to offer a deep exploration of oneself.

🌀 In each class I offer you a movement sequence based on the physiology of fascia, promoting fluidity and freedom of movement. You will explore the notion of biotensegrity and plasticity of fascia trough a creative practice.

The Fascia Movement is much more than just a body practice; it represents a philosophy of movement that draws on both the biomechanics and physiology of fascia, as well as the poetic and artistic dimensions of bodily expression.
