🐯Dear dance tribe, welcome to our next gathering “El Camino del Corazon” that will take place on Friday afternoon.
💚 The free movement dancing is a powerful holistic exercise to empty our minds and release all stored tension. We create sacred space where we come to express, share whatever we are carrying within ourselves, in a specific way – through dancing. All that we want to say we can express with our body - meaning that words are not recommended here. Words are most often a medium of mental communication which we would like to leave aside for these two hours so we could dive into something different, a type of intuitive, sensing space. It is a place to celebrate and express life in all of its forms – from pleasure to sadness, anger, love and bliss all the way to ecstasy! We close the dance with the sharing circle.
