Awakening the medicine within you through the power of your breath. You will be guided on an inner exploration, focusing on each chakra to bring balance & harmony between mind, body & spirit. Increasing your flow of qi, connecting you back to your life force energy.
Rebirthing breath is a circular breath where the inhale and exhale are continuous and works on a cellular level to reveal issues that may keep you stuck in life instead of moving forward. In this process we have a safe container to move and release these stuck emotions and beliefs.
All the experience will be supported with live music played by Nuriadelsol , Psycologist & Medicine woman. She uses multitude of instruments (crystal and tibetan bowls, gongs, shamanic drum, monochord, chimes, kailani...) and with her voice together with Rebecca, with the aim of creating Presence and amplifying the connection with the Soul and our inner wisdom.

Despierta la medicina dentro de ti a través del poder de tu respiración. Serás guiado en una exploración interior, sintiendo cada chakra para lograr equilibrio y armonía entre mente, cuerpo y espíritu. Aumenta tu flujo de Qi, conectándote nuevamente con tu energía y fuerza vital.
La respiración de Renacimiento es una respiración circular en la que la inhalación y la exhalación son continuas y funciona a nivel celular para revelar problemas que pueden mantenerte estancado en la vida. En este proceso tenemos un contenedor seguro para mover, liberar y abrirnos al Ser.
Toda la experiencia estará acompañada de música en vivo por Nuriadelsol, Psicóloga y Mujer Medicina. Ella utiliza multitud de instrumentos (cuencos de cristal y tibetanos, gongs, tambor chamánico, monocordio, carillones, kailani...) y su voz, junto con Rebecca, con el objetivo de crear Presencia y amplificar la conexión con el Alma y nuestra sabiduría interior.
Rebecca tiene más de 10 años de experiencia de trabajando como entrenadora de respiración transformacional. Guiando cientos de sesiones privadas y grupales en toda Europa.
