*Awakening the medicine within you through the power of your breath.* You will be guided on an inner exploration, focusing on each chakra to bring balance & harmony between mind, body & spirit. *Increasing your flow of qi, connecting you back to your life force energy.*
Rebirthing breath is a *circular breath* where the inhale and exhale are continuous and works on a cellular level to reveal issues that may keep you stuck in life instead of moving forward. In this process we have a *safe container to move and release* these stuck emotions and beliefs.
All the experience will be supported with *live music played by Nuriadelsol* , Psycologist & Medicine woman. She uses multitude of instruments (crystal and tibetan bowls, gongs, shamanic drum, monochord, chimes, kailani...) and with her voice together with Rebecca, with the aim of *creating Presence and amplifying the connection with the Soul* and our inner wisdom.
Rebecca has over 10 years experience working as a Transformational breath coach. Guiding 100’s of private and group session’s throughout Europe.
