More and more people discover the healing power of breath work. This session is in a group. Because a group dynamic often helps to go deeper. You will discover what is still in the way of living and enjoying from a higher frequency. The evening starts with exploring your intention. Energy follows intention. Then we dive deep into transformational breath using the connective breath, touch, sound, and movement to release emotional and physical trauma stuck in the body. This evening is about letting go and softening on all levels of our existence, physical, mental, emotionally, and spiritually.

The journey will include:

Movement, setting intention, sound, relaxation, sharing and integration

Everyone is welcome, no previous breathwork is needed, if you have health conditions or take any medication, please contact us in advance to check if this session is for you.
