6 hours of Yin

This is an inner experience. Therefore it is not something that is well described with words, rather it is a practice to be experienced. Each experience happens within, each experience is different depending on what we are carrying and where we are at. It is truly an exploration without any given goal or destination. Only you have the answers to what you will find.
During these six hours we will move through the different lines of fascia, exploring all parts of body to find tensions and holding. By meeting tensions and holding poses we will both release and create space. This can happen on the physical, energetic and emotional level. We will also use breath, mantra and meditation as tools to move us deeper into our experience. There is space for deep relaxation and rejuvenation.
This will be a very special day of practice. A day of spending time with yourself, connecting body, mind and soul.
What the day will look like:
Arrival: We settle and give the body a practice of gentle movement and cleansing to prepare for the stillness.
6 hours of Yin: A combination of Yin poses, breath, meditation and relaxation.
Closing: A Space to share, connect and ground with soup and chai.

Doors close 14.15 please arrive on time
Pricing: Three price options available ranging from 68-108 euros depending on your capacity. Tickets include soup, chai and fruits that we share after the session.
A late or stressed start is not good for any journey. Please arrive at 14.00 We will be starting the journey together at 14.15 without any possibility to join later. Doors will close.
What to bring:
- Please come in comfortable clothes allowing you to move fully. A warm layer like a sweater and socks.
- Water bottle
- Cup
- Journal and pen
Mats, blankets and props are waiting for you here.

Space is limited and often sell out. Please note that buying a ticket is a commitment and there are no refunds.
