Experience Equine Harmony

You’ll be guided on a heart-centred journey weaving together sound therapy, somatics, breath, and intuitive connection with horses.

The experience opens with a practice that quiets the mind and lets you arrive fully.
After that there is an intuitive connection practice with the horses guided by Mishka.
The evening closes in a crystal bowl sound bath surrounded by nature & the horses.

Spending time with horses offers many therapeutic benefits;

+Emotional Renewal, Horses are deeply intuitive and mirror human emotions, helping release what no longer serves and welcoming clarity

+Nervous System Reset. Their calm, grounded presence naturally reduces stress and anxiety

+Balance & Grounding, horses support physical and emotional equilibrium.


What to Bring:
• A mat or blanket to lie on, we are outside on the earth
(chairs are available if needed)
• Sunscreen or a hat during the part of teh evening where you work with the horses you will be walking around the property
• A water bottle to stay hydrated

Arriving early allows time to visit with the horses and connect with the other animals.
