Using Holibiza comes at no cost, and creating an account is open to everyone. However, should you opt for ticket sales, there are a few points to consider.
When you choose to utilize our ticket sales feature, Holibiza will add a service fee of 1,15 cents to each ticket’s price. This additional fee, in addition to the standard transaction costs, which depend on the chosen payment method, is paid by the customer
For tickets priced above 100 euro, Holibiza will apply an additional fee calculated as a percentage. This supplemental fee will be combined with your payout and invoiced to you as the vendor. The percentage-based breakdown is as follows:
Ticket prices between 100 till 250 euros = 2.5%
Ticket prices between 250 till 750 euros = 5%
Ticket prices from 750 euros and above = 7.5%

Yes it is. When you create your event you can choose if you want to add an optional ticket sale. If not the customer can reach out to you by using the contact-form.
After the event has passed you can apply for a event payment request. Holibiza will organize payments every Wednesday. Depending on your bank this be will visible in your account approx 3-5 business days following. Do you like to receive an (credit) invoice about your payments? Send us an email with your request.
